LyricVault for Songwriters is designed with privacy in mind. LyricVault does not require a user account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data through the app.

2. Lyrics, Projects, and Song Information
Lyrics, projects, song versions, song information, credits, and other content created in LyricVault are stored locally on the user’s device. LyricVault does not upload this content to developer-operated servers.

3. Voice Notes and Microphone Access
LyricVault may request access to the device microphone when the user chooses to record a voice note. Microphone access is used only to provide the recording feature. Voice recordings are stored locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted to developer-operated servers.

4. Data Collection and Tracking
LyricVault does not use advertising trackers and does not track users across apps or websites. The app does not collect personal information for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.

5. Exporting and Sharing
LyricVault allows users to export or share content, including lyrics and documents. When a user chooses to export or share content using iOS sharing features, the destination and handling of that content are controlled by the user and the selected third-party service or application.

6. Data Storage and Deletion
Content created in LyricVault remains on the user’s device unless the user chooses to export or share it. Users can manage or delete their content from within the app. Removing the app may also remove locally stored app data, subject to the device’s backup and restore settings.

7. Third-Party Services
LyricVault does not use third-party advertising or tracking services. If users choose to share exported content with another application or service, that third party’s own privacy practices may apply.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if LyricVault’s features or privacy practices change. The latest version will be available on this page.
